Responsibilities

  • Artwork Production: Produce artwork for a variety of marketing materials, including but not limited to, digital and print advertisements, promotional materials, signage, packaging, and internal communications.
  • Technical Expertise: Ensure artwork is technically accurate, adheres to brand guidelines, and is prepared for production and distribution according to industry standards.
  • File Preparation: Prepare print-ready files, ensuring proper colour profiles, resolution, bleed, and trim marks for various printing processes.
  • Software Proficiency: Utilise design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign), Microsoft PowerPoint and other relevant tools to create and edit artwork. After Effects and Figma would be desirable but not essential as we would be able to upskill you internally.
  • D6 Screen Management: To manage the upload and take down of all in gym D6 screen content, working with internal stakeholders and external service providers.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with Graphic Designers, Marketing Managers, and external vendors to understand project requirements and provide support in artwork production.
  • Quality Assurance: Conduct thorough quality checks on artwork to ensure accuracy, consistency, and alignment with project specifications before final delivery.
  • Project Management: Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines while maintaining attention to detail and quality standards.
  • Asset Management: Manage master templated assets and ensure they are always kept up to date, and regularly update our master asset library with new iterations and creatives.
  • Feedback Incorporation: Incorporate feedback from stakeholders into artwork revisions and iterate on designs to achieve desired outcomes.
  • Stay Updated: Stay informed about industry trends, design best practices, and software updates to enhance skills and contribute to continuous improvement.
  • Bringing fresh ideas and approaches to aid process and team efficiencies, as well as being knowledgeable of current industry trends.
  • Collaborate with the other members of the team to build a thriving work environment where knowledge and ideas are shared.
