  • Assist in applying seasonings to food products when required
  • Maintain all required formula records and brief documentation in company database software
  • Maintain organised and updated stock of raw materials/flavours in the labs
  • Maintain a clean and orderly laboratory environment in accordance with EHS guidelines and good laboratory practices
  • Participate in the evaluation of raw materials (including experimental ingredients), new technology and flavours in food products and provide flavour performance feedback
  • Participate in and contribute to project and other technical meetings
  • Support special projects when required
