  • Develop forward‑thinking, platform‑relevant content concepts that strengthen Aesop’s global editorial and creative direction
  • Define and evolve strategic content pillars, always‑on episode formats, and storytelling frameworks across channels
  • Translate product launch strategies into compelling social‑first narratives and executions
  • Ideation of inherently social concepts and art direction
  • Creative responses to strategic briefs defined by the Global Senior Social Media Manager, including concept ideation through to execution
  • Collaborate with the Social Media Production Manager to bring concepts to life from ideation through execution
  • Monitor cultural, artistic, and digital trends to continuously elevate Aesop’s social creative expression
  • Leading Art Direction for social, collaborating with creative, Marketing, Copywriting, PR, Retail, and Product development teams to ensure cohesive messaging and on‑brand storytelling
  • Support campaign development by contributing social ideation early in the creative process
  • Ensure all creative output meets Aesop’s visual and tonal standards
  • Be an ambassador of brand identity, pushing boundaries while remaining true to our design and communication principles.
