Responsibilities

  • Monitor and resolve delinquent cash and margin accounts on a daily basis within the guidelines of CIRO and TD Wealth in-house policies
  • Responsible for incoming calls and inquiries from our branches, internal departments and other corporate clients (DI, PIA, PIC and FP)
  • Assess out of order accounts to facilitate the process collection/resolution
  • Authorize and approve trades, cheque requests, bank wires, journals, account transfers, and complex account openings
  • Assist management in the preparation of credit reports as assigned
  • Manage the option expiry process to mitigate financial risk to the firm
  • Participate as a member of the team, promoting efficiency and contributing to a positive work environment
  • Other ad-hoc projects and analysis as required
