  • Analysing new Structured finance transactions including Leveraged Buyouts, Mergers & Acquisitions (M&A) financing, Contract Monetisation / Quasi-government receivables, Back Leverage of loan / Private Equity portfolios (or on a single name basis) and supporting ancillary business such as Foreign Exchange (FX) / Interest Rates / Commodity Derivatives, Transaction Banking
  • Reviewing ongoing credit requests, assessing credit risks and repayment capacity, assessing valuations
  • Reviewing financial models, business plans and projections, including downside scenario analysis
  • Producing credit ratings and assessing compliance with risk appetite and regulatory and policy requirements
  • Recommending changes to ratings as and additions to credit watchlist where appropriate
  • Managing day-to-day tasks for internal approval processes and transaction management
