Responsibilities

  • You will be part of a data-driven team in our Marketing & Customer Product organization, reporting into Head of CRM.
  • You will be responsible for engaging with, as well as driving revenue and profit from customers by delivering the right message at the right time via the right channel on a global scale (Flix is present in 40+ countries worldwide).
  • You will optimize our new CRM platform (Braze) while collaborating with marketing and commercial teams company-wide.
  • Driving customer retention and churn prevention, measured by CLV and incremental impact, through strategic CRM initiatives.
  • Developing and executing multi-channel marketing communications via email and push in Braze, ensuring effective targeting of relevant customer segments aligned with global and market-specific ambitions.
  • Continuously optimizing CRM automated communications by analyzing performance data, A/B testing content variations, and optimizing messaging, creatives, and layouts to maximize effectiveness.
  • Implementing data-driven personalized content with continuous ambition to improve relevancy.
  • Supporting strategic planning by contributing to the department’s quarterly objectives, pitching ideas, and building business cases for new initiatives.
  • Collaborating with commercial and marketing teams developing communication ideas aligned with business priorities.
  • Staying updated on emerging CRM technologies and best practices to drive innovation and efficiency.
  • Ensuring full compliance with privacy regulations across all customer communications.
