  • Maintain and further develop an effective CSR and Sustainability programme
  • Maintain and further develop TFG London Sustainability Strategy with its ESG targets and strategic objectives. Foster a responsible growth culture across the business
  • Manage and develop sustainable materials certification database and enhance sustainability performance
  • Manage the group annual reporting, including the carbon footprint and SBTIs submissions, ETI Corporate Reporting, Modern Slavery Statement, Better Cotton credit and any additional reporting necessary
  • Manage the material certifications audits to include RAS and GOTS
  • Manage the Group audit programme and the Suppliers onboarding programme and rating
  • Support the Group’s partnerships with NGOs, Civil Society, Organisations, suppliers and teams to drive effective HREDD and advocacy opportunities
  • Manage the individual brands’ internal Sustainability progression meetings
