The pay is £11.70 per hour for individuals 21 and over, £9.60 for those aged 18-20, and £7.85 for those aged 16-17. After completing the required retail induction PaSS stages, the pay will increase to £12.05 per hour for those 21 and over, £9.87 for ages 18-20, and £8.07 for ages 16-17.
