  • Strong knowledge in Excel essential, as you will be using v-looks ups when manipulating data files received

  • As the Customer Advisor, you will ensure members on a corporate company healthcare scheme will have a positive experience, whilst becoming a subject matter expert. You will provide an effective, pro-active service to all customers, ensuring all policy details are updated and managed accurately within agreed service standards and agreements. Along with taking ownership for your work, whilst problem solving to investigate and resolve often complex queries.
  • You will complete demands received from internal and external customers through a variety of channels, so you must be confident to communicate with relevant stakeholders across business areas.
