What is the role of a Customer Assistant - Service?
The Customer Assistant - Service is responsible for serving customers on checkouts, self-serve checkouts, and kiosks, providing great service to ensure customers have the best shopping experience possible.
What kind of training will I receive?
You will be trained across all departments such as replenishment and market street, enabling you to provide support where the store needs it most.
What are the shift patterns like?
We offer fully flexible shift patterns to accommodate different schedules.
How much holiday do I get?
You will receive six weeks of holiday, including bank holidays.

Yes, employees receive a 15% discount in our supermarkets and convenience stores from the day they join, along with an additional 10% discount card for a friend or family member.
