Requirements

  • 1 shift a week, and must be available from 7am - 11pm
  • You are expected to maintain high standards of customer service at all times from start to finish.

Responsibilities

  • Greeting Customers - Having light conversations
  • Smiling
  • Creating a happy and safe environment
  • Ensuring tables are cleaned and ready for customers to use
  • Assisting / educating customers how to use the kiosks
  • Taking their food to their table
  • Interacting with children - Giving out coloring sheets and crayons
  • Sweeping and mopping the floor
  • Emptying out the in store and car park bins
  • Maintaining the cleanliness of toilets (this includes deep cleaning toilets too)
  • Detailed cleaning on quieter days e.g cleaning under tables, scrubbing the chairs and legs of tables
  • Dusting
  • Speaking to customers about our Restaurant surveys and offers - This allows to to improve areas customers may highlight on surveys
  • Assisting staff taking orders on tills
  • Assembling food when asked (Busier periods)
  • Setting up / taking part in Charity events with the team
  • Selling raffle tickets
  • Participating in events, Easter, Halloween Christmas dress up
