  • We are seeking a Customer Care Associate to join our Toronto team on a full-time basis. The incumbent will play a pivotal role in day-to-day customer engagement and relations.

Area of Responsibilities

Customer Relations


  • Assist potential and existing customers through social media and e-mail mediums with general and support related inquiries
  • Provide support with order and warranty management and act as liaison between logistics fulfillment center and customer
  • Keep excellent written records of all correspondence in line with policies and procedures while maintaining CRM databases and tracking documents
  • Typical of any start-up, the ability to navigate ambiguity and mitigate it with creativity is crucial. With ambiguity comes the opportunity to develop new process and establish strong infrastructure
  • Ensure management is informed and up-to-date on outstanding customer concerns, and all relevant or useful information related to day-to-day activities
  • Provide administrative support to management team
