  • greet all customers in a friendly manner whilst also delivering exceptional customer service in response to their needs, giving them the service they deserve
  • ensuring that our dining area is kept clean and tidy
  • responsible for gathering all kinds of guest feedback so we can continue to please each of our guests and ensure they leave with a smile
