Responsibilities

  • Be the domain knowledge expert in all things CX – understand the industry, the products and services currently shaping the industry and how they are likely to evolve over time.
  • Be the domain expert on future looking CX technologies – AI, bots and automation with an understanding of how these play in different segments and verticals
  • Build and champion Gamma’s own AI product & CX strategy, providing thought leadership internally on how we look at technologies shaping the industry.
  • Define, agree, and communicate the evolution paths for the CX products and associated services
  • Engagement with a range of internal & external stakeholders
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure that portfolio evolution occurs at the right pace
  • Working with Product Marketing, particularly to define communication strategies and track delivery of specific activities.
  • Working in partnership with the Procurement team, drive and manage suppliers to deliver requirements and commercials needed to ensure Gamma maintains competitive advantage.
  • Build and own the end-to-end business case for products within your remit and be able to challenge and drive growth through your understanding of the market and customers
  • Understand the costs and constraints on the product
  • Working with technology to understand what the detailed roadmap will deliver and when and maintain a healthy dialogue to advocate for the right sequence of delivery
