Responsibilities

  • Drive transformation to EU marketing within Field Marketing.
  • Lead the work to identify Key/Target Accounts and drive execution at a country level, aligning with the Commercial Cluster Organization on the targeting and engagement plan to drive New Business Development win rate and loyalty with large end user KAs.
  • Partner with Commercial Cluster team and Integrated Marketing to develop and execute effective lead sourcing and developing to drive acquisition.
  • Drive development of overall Kimberly-Clark Professional value proposition and own deployment through Key Account reviews and tenders.
  • Lead the work to develop Tender Responses and support of Customer Pitches including any materials required for sales meetings and Joint Business Planning (JBP) sessions.
  • Lead the work to coordinate, manage and promote local End-User targeted Tradeshows as part of segment marketing plan.
  • Lead local production support for events and tradeshows, including any merchandise, stands/banners and printing of collateral required to support.
  • Accountable for teams’ running of Online Events at a local level (i.e. webinars) and for in-Market PR, submitting applications for awards to drive relevance with End Users.
  • Accountable for leading the work to identify, evaluate and manage the participation in relevant Industry Association Memberships for focus segment customer engagement and relevance.
