Requirements

  • Previous experience in a Customer Operations Executive or Customer Representative role
  • Computer literacy, including proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Excel.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritise workflow.
  • SAP experience desirable.
  • Knowledge of SAP would be desirable however full training will be given.
  • Great eye for detail and able to organize yourself effectively.
  • Excellent Customer Service and communication skills with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders

Responsibilities

  • Responsible for order placement, orderbook management, stock allocation, logistics and distribution, VAS (value added service) requirements, reporting and customer communications.
  • Process cancellations, credits, debits, returns of non-faulty goods, VAS and Distribution Centre (DC) requirements.
  • Identify potential problems and solutions required to manage Customer OTIF (on time in full deliveries).
  • Customer & Commercial engagement, working closely with our key Partners in your portfolio.
  • Ability to interrogate and source information from SAP.
