Requirements

Responsibilities

  • You will be primarily be based in Customer Services Returns however you will be upskilled to support other areas within the function (Checkouts, Main entrance) when required
  • You aim to create a positive experience for our customers, so they will want to return and shop with us again over time.
  • You work together with colleagues in other functions to improve the customer experience.
  • Provide an efficient and accurate checkout experience in various areas of the store.
  • Ensure that payments are handled in a reliable, efficient, accurate and friendly way.
  • Build loyalty by ensuring customers have an exceptional shopping experience.
  • Click and Collect - checking orders are accurately picked and delivering goods to the customer
