Responsibilities

  • Plaatsen van bestellingen in het systeem (PRE - and RE-orders).
  • Bouwen van een Orderboek, uitsturen en aanpassen en daadwerkelijk op tijd uitleveren van dat orderboek met behulp van Sales, Finance, Logistiek en onze klanten.
  • Uitvoeren van Housekeeping activiteiten in het systeem als gevolg van de inkoop.
  • Aanmaken van return orders en het samenwerken met onze logistieke collega’s.
  • Opbouwen en onderhouden van een goede relatie met interne afdelingen om processen zo goed mogelijk te laten verlopen.
  • Onderhouden van de juiste communicatielijnen met het 3PL.
  • Create orders in the system (PRE- en RE-orders).
  • Building an Orderbook, sharing, maintaining and converting that Orderbook with the support of Sales, Finance, Logistics and our customers.
  • Perform Housekeeping changes in our ERP system.
  • Create return orders and collaborate with our Logistics Team.
  • Build and maintain a strong relationship with internal departments to smoothen our processes.
  • Maintain the correct communication channels with our 3PL.
