The starting salary for the Customer Service Advisor position is £25,714.00, with the potential to rise to £27,032.00 once you meet the required competencies.

Yes, there is an opportunity to work from home after completing a qualifying period of around 4-6 months.

What are the working hours for this position?

The role requires you to work 40 hours per week between 8am - 8pm, Monday to Friday, on a 6-week shift rota with two Saturdays every six weeks from 9:30am - 5:00pm.
