  • You will have previous experience in a customer facing role where you have used your passion for delivering outstanding customer service to resolve customer complaints and issues. You may have worked in a contact centre, retail, hospitality or similar. You’ll be confident and resilient and be keen to develop your career in an environment which can be demanding but also rewarding.
  • You will need to be adaptable to change and receptive to learning and confident in using and navigating multiple programs and tools.

  • Your primary responsibility will be to provide excellent customer service via inbound and outbound telephone calls. You will be handling complaints, troubleshooting and logging faults when notified by customers to enable tracking of resolutions.
