Requirements
- You will have previous experience in a customer facing role where you have used your passion for delivering outstanding customer service to resolve customer complaints and issues. You may have worked in a contact centre, retail, hospitality or similar. You’ll be confident and resilient and be keen to develop your career in an environment which can be demanding but also rewarding.
- You will need to be adaptable to change and receptive to learning and confident in using and navigating multiple programs and tools.
