Responsibilities

  • The role will primarily support our culinary operations working in our kitchens supporting chefs with general duties such as food preparation, washing dishes and stock rotation whilst assisting in other areas of commercial operations when required.
  • Working 36.5 hours per week for any 5 days out of 7 this role will require you to work during the day and some evenings and weekends on a rota basis, over 32 weeks University term time.
