What are the main responsibilities of a Customer Service Assistant / Pin Technician?
As a Customer Service Assistant, your main responsibilities include delivering an outstanding experience for our customers by booking customers in at reception, being a point of contact for customer questions, hosting individuals and parties, keeping the center clean and tidy, and preparing and serving food and drinks. As a Pin Technician, you will be responsible for maintaining all bowling equipment and lanes to ensure our customers have the best possible bowling experience.
What skills are required for this role?
You will need to be determined, enthusiastic, and able to work in a fast-paced environment. You should have an attitude of 'nothing is too much trouble,' provide high levels of customer service, and have strong communication skills. Being fully flexible with your working pattern, approachable, organized, and a strong team player are also important. No experience is necessary, but an interest in technical/mechanical aspects is beneficial.
