Responsibilities

  • As the name suggests, as an Introducer, you will introduce our products and services to be the first point of contact with our customers giving a prompt, friendly and efficient experience.
  • By discussing our products and services to our customers, the aim is to then book appointments between them and our advisory service.
  • This is achieved through inbound and outbound calls but is never a cold calling role.
  • All our customers are pre-engaged with our business as they have already expressed an interest in hearing about our products and services beforehand.
  • You will manage and maintain a diary system that ensures call-backs are well timed and delivered between customers and our retirement coordinators.
  • You will deliver a great service and enable our customers to gain confidence in what we do.
  • A full training and induction programme is offered, to enable you to deliver an exceptional customer experience in every interaction, by being helpful and making doing business with us an easy, efficient and positive.
