The working hours for this position are exclusively Monday-Friday, with no evenings or weekends required.
Is remote work available for this position?
Remote work is available, however employees who live within a 50 mile radius of our offices in Golden Valley, MN will be required to come into the office at least 3 days a week.
What are the main responsibilities of a Customer Service Rep Associate in this role?
The main responsibilities include providing prompt and accurate responses to telephone inquiries from Customers and Financial Professionals, answering inquiries on product features, understanding product performance, educating callers on self-service features, taking and keying trade instructions, and exceeding published benchmarks related to soft skills, accuracy, call handle time, and attendance.
What training will be provided for this position?
Training will be provided on our products in a structured and active inbound contact-center environment to ensure Customer Service Rep Associates are equipped to effectively assist callers.
Who will the Customer Service Rep Associate report to in this position?
The Customer Service Rep Associate will report into a Contact Center Supervisor.
