What are the main responsibilities of a Customer Service Representative at William Hill?
The main responsibilities include welcoming customers, processing bets, assisting with customer queries, demonstrating how to use betting terminals, building relationships with customers, championing safer gambling, and supporting managers with shop displays and opening/closing activities.
What are the working hours for this position?
Our shops operate between 8am and 10pm, Monday to Sunday, with shifts devised on a rota basis that includes evening and weekend working.
