Position Responsibilities<ul><li>Build and maintain rapport by delivering excellent customer service via phone and email in a call center environment.</li><li>Own an assigned portfolio of past-due accounts.</li><li>Maintain low portfolio aging by conferring with customers to determine reasons for overdue payments.&nbsp;</li><li>Meet and maintain department goals while multitasking in a fast-paced environment.</li><li>Collaborate with a team of enthusiastic call center professionals to minimize aging / bad debt.</li></ul>Minimum Requirements<ul><li>High school diploma or equivalent required.
