Requirements

  • We are open to individuals seeking their first role or experienced individuals who have worked within a Customer Service/Support or similar role for up to 2 years.
  • Fluent in English
  • Highly organised, self-motivated, impeccable attention to detail and able to meet deadlines
  • You are a fast learner, an energetic people communicator who enjoys building relationships and collaborating in solving problems for clients
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Multi-tasking abilities
  • Familiarity with the business and/or consumer finance industry is a plus
  • Working knowledge of Zendesk and similiar systems is a plus
  • A natural curiosity for business and a desire to help others and be of service is also essential

Responsibilities

  • Respond to a high volume of inbound calls from customers and be responsible for resolving queries; you will decide on the best course of action either by phone or by email. This will combine both retail and corporate card queries and international payment queries.
  • Communicate clearly and efficiently to colleagues across various departments, and work with team members to deal with every call within expected service level standards.
  • Provide clients with online support through social media channels and live chat.
  • Respond to and redirect enquiries from prospective customers asking about our cards and international payments services.
  • Provide excellent customer service at all times whilst following AML and PCI requirements.
  • Deal with complaints in accordance with agreed procedures to ensure they are assigned and resolved within agreed timeframes.
  • Report any suspect information or client behaviour to the Money Laundering Reporting Officer (MLRO).
  • Work closely with the IT department to drive key service and product changes.
