Responsibilities

  • Qualification of customer requests
  • Resolving issues, service requests, and questions from our customers in accordance with our SLAs.
  • Delivery of solution enhancements requested by customers
  • Working closely with our Professional Services, R&D, and Cloud Operations to ensure that defects are identified, and fixed
  • Working with our Hosting team to ensure that systems are available to customers and in working order
  • Provide high customer satisfaction
  • Creating knowledgebase articles for customers
