Requirements

  • 2.1 or above in a Technology, Computer Science or Management related discipline is desired, coding experience is a plus.
  • If you do not have a Technical, Computer Science of Management related discipline, we are open to other disciplines subject to demonstrating a solid academic background with transferable management skills.
  • Essential Skills:
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong delivery focus.
  • Knowledge of project management and agile delivery methodology.
  • Ability to challenge the status quo.
  • Strong teamworking skills.
  • Good computer literacy, experienced in MS office tool suite, ideally also experience with automation tooling, AI (MS Co-pilot/Chat GPT) and/or hands-on coding experience.

Responsibilities

  • Security Improvement and Business Management team in general.
  • Cyber Transformation programme workstreams.
  • Cyber Management Information development and automation to provide close to real-time view on our cyber security posture and our cyber security services performance.
  • Process improvements and process automation.
  • Team agile ceremonies (scrum etc).
  • Benchmarking our controls and performance against industry best practices and peers.
