Responsibilities

  • The Cyber Service Manager for Europe and Global Entities would be responsible for supervising the final cyber-service(s) provided to the entities by managing service level agreements (SLAs) and ensuring these cyber services meet the client’s needs, guaranteeing a high level of response time and proper problem resolutions, and anticipating service associate needs.
  • Coordinate and manage relationship with Europe and Global Entities CISOs.
  • Measure and analyze work performances, proposes improvements to processes, including customer service interaction (complaints and requests), and develops problem management and service improvement plans.
  • He/she will oversee ensuring excellent customer service and maintaining strong relationships with all the Groups’ Entities.
  • Effectively manage the team and deliverables.
  • Periodic reports of relevant Cyber topics to executive committees.
  • Collaborate closely with other areas to ensure alignment to meet strategic goals.
