Responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to the Human Resources Department; supports payroll functions, schedules appointments/interviews; logs and tracks applicants; helps with recruitment; assists in new hire orientations, acts as liaison with union and Home Office, Processes invoices; Maintains HR files; Special Projects as assigned. Duties include but not limited to data entry, file maintenance, translation, and other duties as assigned.
