Responsibilities

  • Liaise with business stakeholders to gather and document key functional and non-functional requirements of identified analytics assets e.g. regulatory, commercial, financial and sales reports and dashboards. This is to ensure that the assets built meet the business need / solve the business problem.
  • Develop new, and maintain and enhance existing analyses, reports, dashboards and other insights delivered to the customer directly or through a Business Intelligence platform (e.g. Power BI). These items will inform and support key business decisions and actions to deliver budget performance and incremental benefit.
  • Explore new and improved ways to ensure data accuracy, progress automation of existing processes and reduce manual data processing within the analytics team and broader business.
  • Support day to day delivery of customer-facing marketing campaigns and communications as required to ensure marketing and regulatory communication (e.g. price change) objectives are met.
  • Implement best practice data management and data governance techniques. Integrate data quality rules and standards into assets to enable monitoring and reporting on data quality metrics.
