Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data for acquisitions and service charge budgets.
  • Reconcile schedules with acquisition templates to ensure data accuracy.
  • Collaborate with the wider team to resolve any data errors or updates.
  • Conduct thorough handovers to the Accounts Team upon acquisition completion.
  • Ensure accurate data entry for new clients, maintaining dual system accuracy.
  • Work with Asset Managers to address and resolve any data issues.
  • Ensure all new contracts are approved and live on the system.
  • Oversee accurate billing processes related to leases and service charges.
