Responsibilities

  • Develop dashboards, with input from franchise/other stakeholders, to ensure business needs are covered, incorporating analytics to facilitate the proper interpretation of customer and market level data.
  • Develop comprehensive process for UAT to identify any business requirement gaps to ensure go-live analytics solution is fit for purpose.
  • Utilise best practice on reporting concepts, automation and data visualisation and ensure documentation is maintained up to date.
  • Work in conjunction with EUCAN analytics team to ensure data required for local dashboards ingestion process flows seamlessly.
  • Ensure that all activities comply with relevant legal requirements, ethical standards, ABPI (PMPCA) and IPHA regulations and BI and Alliance Company policies.
