Responsibilities

  • Serve as the subject matter expert on ESG reporting for private markets, including frameworks such as PAI, EET, SFDR, ESG outreach, and EU Taxonomy, and apply this expertise to our reporting process.
  • Lead the planning and execution of ESG data reporting and outreach initiatives, ensuring timely and accurate delivery of insights.
  • Oversee the quality of ESG data, taking responsibility for data inputs according to our ESG Rating & KPI methodology.
  • Provide sign-offs on the addition or modification of ESG data fields and reference data, ensuring consistency and compliance with regulatory frameworks, including Article 8 and Article 9 funds.
  • Propose, discuss, and agree on data policies that support our ESG objectives, and work proactively to understand the data needs of internal and external stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with investment teams across all asset classes to integrate ESG considerations into data flows and reporting processes.
  • Utilize and leverage systems such as eFront, Allvue, and platforms like EthiFinance or ESG Advantage to optimize and automate data administration and reporting workflows.
  • Employ structured and self-organized project management skills to drive process improvements and ensure that all ESG data-related projects meet deadlines and quality standards.
