Responsibilities

  • You are part of a cross-functional, agile team and contribute your expertise
  • You will familiarize yourself with the specific requirements of our main business stakeholders in the different sales departments and perform SQL- and Python-based data analyses to answer their questions around customer behavior, patterns and trends in our CRM data, or marketing campaign performance
  • You work on models and analyses to identify new potential customers for our rights holders and deliver insights on how to best approach them
  • You advise our business stakeholders by preparing insights in an understandable way and visualizing them in a suitable form
  • You work very closely with Data Engineering to obtain the required data in the form needed
  • You collaborate with Success Management and IT to continuously improve the data quality in our internal systems
  • You translate business requirements into technical concepts
  • You are constantly learning and developing ideas to identify new fields of analysis
