Responsibilities

  • Partner closely with Fintech Business and Product stakeholders to understand their analytical needs, and execute the roadmap for analytics work for Payment Analytics
  • Develop and optimize monitoring tools, perform deep-dive analysis and provide insights to facilitate a data-driven decision making
  • Exploit and analyze high volumes of data in order to quantify and answer questions to improve the business performance. Monitor KPIs, identify user behavior patterns and actively take actions to improve online payment performance across multiple regions
  • Demonstrate proficiency in coding practices and analytic approaches
  • Be able to answer the 'What?' question effectively and within reasonable deadlines, but also think about the 'So What?' and 'Now What' portions of the analysis
  • Proactively bring new ideas and suggestions to the team and our internal clients to improve our Fintech set up
