Requirements

  • * Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
  • * >5 years of proven experience in transforming operational and client-facing processes through data manipulation and insights
  • * >5 years of proven experience in developing and implementing automation solutions, particularly self-service tools
  • * Strong understanding of automation platforms and scripting languages (e.g., Python, PowerShell, Power Automate or similar)
  • * Highly proficient with tools such as Power BI, Power Apps, and Google Apps Script or Web Apps. Certification in these areas would be preferable
  • * Knowledge of data-wrangling tools e.g. Alteryx is useful but not a must-have
  • * Strong problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to build effective solutions
  • * Excellent communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical users
  • * Experience working with cross-functional teams to drive automation projects and improve workflows

  • Collect, analyze, and interpret large datasets to provide actionable insights for business decisions in the form of dashboards & business intelligence products
  • Utilize statistical tools and software to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities

  • Ensure data accuracy and consistency across reports and analyses
  • Stay up to date with the latest trends and best practices in data analytics
  • Design, develop, and maintain self-service automation solutions that allow users to independently manage tasks and access data with minimal manual intervention
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify automation opportunities that improve user experience and operational workflows
  • Create user-friendly interfaces for automation tools, ensuring accessibility and ease of use for non-technical users
  • Implement automation solutions that integrate with various applications
  • Monitor and troubleshoot the performance of self-service automation tools, ensuring high availability and minimal disruptions
  • Develop training materials & documentation to empower users to take full advantage of self-service tools
  • Continuously analyze automation processes and feedback to improve functionality and user satisfaction
  • Stay updated with the latest automation technologies and best practices to continuously enhance service offerings
  • Lead change management initiatives for the rollout of self-service automation tools and new data analytics capabilities, ensuring smooth transitions and adoption across teams
  • Collaborate closely with the Technology function and stakeholders in Client Service teams to align automation efforts with organizational goals and ensure tools meet business needs
