Responsibilities

  • Coordinates with the software management team to understand data entry and reporting capabilities of the software, and how to work with the tools. Then provides technical support and training to others on the team who need to use the software or extract useful data.
  • Participate in set-up of reporting frameworks, data fields, and how to create reports.
  • Enter data regularly and double check for accuracy.
  • Review data for abnormalities.
  • Supports external affairs and communications team members with data for external messaging, marketing collateral and Reports.
  • Take personal responsibility to ensure your own and others’ health and safety – including those who may be affected by the delivery of this role.
  • Cooperate in all matters relating to health, safety and environment, including following safe working procedures at all times and not deviating from agreed safe system of work.
  • Advocate, promote and engage Project’s health, safety and environmental policies and initiatives.
