  • Support ad-hoc data and reporting needs by clarifying specific questions or objectives, gathering relevant data, analyzing it, and presenting findings to stakeholders.
  • Provide user support and upskilling on apps, reports, and dashboards in Qlik Sense, Microsoft Power BI, and other tools, and on general Data Literacy topics.
  • Support users in interpreting data, metrics, and KPIs, and turning them into actionable insights.
  • Contribute to the preparation and facilitation of upskilling sessions, including creating training materials, presenting during training sessions, and conducting Q&A.
  • Contribute to the creation of info and self-learning materials (e.g., quick cards, user guides, how-to videos).
