Responsibilities

  • Reviewing and responding to data protection reviews within the OneTrust platform.
  • Supporting the US Privacy Counsel, the Data Protection Officer (DPO) and the wider team when required on data protection-related programs, such as data privacy impact assessments, defining and managing RoPA entries (Records of Processing Activities), or processing data subject requests (DSRs).
  • Assisting the Data Protection Team (DPT) in drafting data protection program documentation, e.g., policies, processes & procedures, training materials, and metrics.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with data protection regulations and other relevant standards.
  • Assisting the DPO in the development and delivery of associated programs, roadmaps, and supporting projects.
  • Collaborating widely with immediate and wider team members, with the goal of seeking new project involvements and experience.
  • Interacting with functional peers within the immediate organization, as well as clients or vendors; sometimes with guidance from others.
  • Creating written reports and dashboards for monitoring compliance and communicating status with business leaders and stakeholders.
  • Managing the DPT Intranet presence along with other communications channels, such as Viva Engage (Yammer).
