What qualifications are required for this role?
A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field of study and a minimum of 3 years of experience in analytics roles, including 2 years of experience supporting workforce planning or conducting predictive analytics using machine learning techniques.
What technical skills are preferred for the applicant?
Proficiency in assessing data and statistical analyses, experience with Natural Language Processing, predictive modeling, proficiency in R, and experience with data engineering, including SQL or Athena, are preferred.
What kind of analytics will I be performing in this role?
You will perform deep-dive analyses using traditional statistical, supervised and unsupervised machine learning techniques to deliver insights on root causes and recommend continuous improvement actions.
What locations can applicants be based in for this position?
Applicants can be based in Marlborough, MA; Arden Hills, MN; Maple Grove, MN; Spencer, IN; Valencia, CA; or international hub offices in Coyol and Heredia, Costa Rica; Clonmel, Cork, and Galway, Ireland.
What are some key responsibilities of this role?
Key responsibilities include serving as a technical expert, leading the Prediction and Forecasting workstream, advising on research methodologies, conducting analyses, and integrating workforce planning with data elements into the planning ecosystem.
What type of data analysis tools and platforms should candidates be proficient in?
Candidates should be proficient in data visualization and reporting tools like Tableau, and able to respond to data-related inquiries using R, SQL, and Excel.
Is an advanced degree preferred for this position?
