Responsibilities

  • The Delivery role is responsible for onboarding entities’ resources into the Global Tech Hub, Act as a Single Point of Contact and End to End demand management.
  • Coordinate migration plans to the Tech Platform and cross Tech Platform projects.
  • He/She will be an escalation point and accountable for the service Delivery for the Entity or Global Business.
  • This role acts in a service-oriented approach framed in a global context: multi-geography, multi-platform and multi-business where key factors are directly related to ensuring the best response times in terms of Service and Delivery.
  • This role will also follow execution of cross Tech Platform projects and financial management (income, costs and savings) to report to Entities the status of IT services and delivery.
  • Ensures optimal infrastructure integration across technical platforms aligning with GTH strategies and business requirements
  • Aligns and collaborates with the entities´ Solutions Architects in CTO forums (i.e. ARF and ARB) to ensure technical architecture alignment from an early design and intent phases
  • Leads technical discussion to address infra solutions requirements for our customers, supporting medium to high complexity projects
  • Supports the technical infrastructure implementation of Global Business Solutions architectures
  • Ensure that the defined demand management process is followed, and all customer requests are captured and delivered
  • End-to-end customer view and local business interaction
  • Manage business demand from Entities, connecting with Products and Services Tech Hub providers
  • Manage IT demand from Global Business and local CIO prior to its acceptance
  • Demand acceptance (Technical design, economic and implementation plan)

  • Understand business projects requirements (ITxBusiness) in detail to formulate the delivery execution on time from Design to PTO
  • Design, evolve and keep updated Service Catalog SDS Hub and relation with technical catalog
  • Manage with clients and platforms the achievable and measurable Service Level Agreements (SLAs)
  • Prepare service level reports to communicate to the Entities
  • Provides a governance model for the KPI life cycle through a catalogue of indicators.
  • Define the rules and procedures for managing service requests.
  • Defines the criteria and formats for creating dashboards for automating KPIs and reports.
