Requirements

  • MBA degree (expected graduation by Spring/Summer 2025)
  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future
  • Minimum of 3 years work experience required
  • Strong academic standing
  • Ability to travel up to 50% on average, based on the work you do and the clients and industries/sectors you serve

Responsibilities

  • As a Strategy Advisor, the work you will do may be focused on:
  • Developing enterprise and business unit strategies that help clients make strategic choices to drive growth or improve agility
  • Developing strategies for M&A and corporate restructuring opportunities that create value for our clients
  • Understanding customers and their needs, and developing strategies and experiences to attract them
  • Transforming workforces, workforce management practices, and workforce experiences through future of work talent strategies, operating model shifts, and workplace redesign, enabling businesses to outperform and disrupt their sectors
  • Advising and shaping the COO and senior operations executives’ agenda to achieve growth aspirations, drive cost optimization and revenue enhancement, and transform the business for performance
  • The work you will do will help the C-suite directly make choices to address their most critical business issues of today and the future. Your impact will help clients achieve long-term growth, outpace competitors, meet consumer needs, and innovate in a changing and evolving market.
  • Example projects may include:
  • Building a growth strategy and business case to bring new products to market
  • Defining a purpose-led social impact strategy to drive long-term value for a business
  • Defining a digital/omnichannel customer experience, setting the strategy, and defining the go-to-market and tech roadmap
  • Conducting analysis on a potential M&A transaction and assessing financial impacts of a changing market landscape
  • Designing a work-from-anywhere playbook and organizational change strategy
  • Designing and launching a new digital experience for a specific customer base
  • Standing up new lines of business enabled by technology advancements and capabilities (i.e., automation, AI & analytics, digitization)
  • Developing and executing an M&A strategy to integrate two companies and combine their brands, products, people, technology, and organization
  • Helping a client design their future organizational culture to drive their business strategy
  • Designing operating models to enable growth, reduce costs, and increase the bottom line
