Work you’ll do:
- As a Solution Analyst, you’ll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through project implementation and application knowledge.
Requirements
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2024 in these or related areas of study
- Engineering/STEM, Information Management, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business (Accounting, Finance, Economics)
- Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
- All USDC Practitioners will be expected to co-locate up to 30% of their time. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel
- Must live in a commutable distance to the following location: Springfield, Illinois
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role
- Preferred:
- Confidence in technology-driven tasks, problem solving, awareness of cutting-edge solutions, operational/ process design awareness, executive presence, strong analytical and critical thinking skills with the ability to solve complex problems and easily communicate findings

- Drive Cloud technology implementations through planning, process design, configuration, and user acceptance testing to capture integration requirements and curate analysis workshops to formulate detailed specifications for the development teams
- Perform assessments of existing information systems, and identify gaps between business requirements and/or current process/system capabilities to conduct key stakeholder training on new system configurations and end user training
- Develop solutions to client problems through application of various Enterprise resource planning (ERP) methods and tools; validate solutions to subject matter experts
- Define, build, and implement enhancements to processes and structure utilizing strong skills in problem solving, and attention to detail
- Develop and maintain customized integrated solutions to connect systems, databases, and applications to support the draft of technical design documentation
- Leverage data and database knowledge to transform historical data into new solutions
