- As a Solution Analyst, you’ll work with an experienced team to act as a strategic advisor to clients through solution implementation and maintenance. The work could span a variety of skillsets, as detailed below.
Requirements
- Required:
- Bachelor’s degree completed by August 2024 in these or related areas of study
- Computer Science, Software Engineering, Computer Engineering, information Technology, other Engineering Programs
- Strong academic track record (minimum GPA of 3.0)
- All USDC Practitioners will be expected to co-locate up to 30% of their time. This may include a maximum of 10% overnight client/project travel
- Must live in a commutable distance to the following location: Springfield, IL
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States without the need for employer sponsorship, now or at any time in the future.
- Must be able to obtain the required level of security clearance for this role
- Preferred:
- Programming/modeling language proficiency, Software/application development knowledge, IT Delivery Methodology awareness, Capabilities across the cloud journey (plan, execute, and run).
- Hands-on programming knowledge through coursework or internships (e.g., Java, .NET, Python, SQL, HTML, JavaScript etc.).

- Software Development:
- Play a key role in the design, installation, testing and maintenance of application software
- Code entirely new custom software applications, or use ‘off the shelf’ software. Support implementation and leading practices while taking ownership of technical tasks
- Design user interactions on websites, developing servers, and databases for website functionality, and coding for mobile platforms via full stack development
- Cloud Technology & Networking:
- Develop templates, scripts or programming in a cloud environment
- Participate in the installation and configuration of ERP solutions like Oracle, SAP, Workday, Informatica, and build environments on Cloud platforms like AWS, GCP, VMWare, and Azure
- Provide support for networking, compute infrastructure (servers, databases, firewalls, load balancers), and develop/deploy/maintain Cloud solutions in agile environments
- Testing:
- Provide testing of applications while becoming subject matter experts in the applications under test
- Develop automation frameworks and scripts to provide efficiencies and effective smoke/regression testing
- Develop customized solutions and draft technical design documentation utilizing strong skills in problem solving, and attention to detail
