Responsibilities

  • Build accurate sales forecasts, utilising advanced forecasting tools and methodologies to predict future sales and inventory needs;
  • Actively contribute to the execution of the Sales & Operations Planning (S&OP) processes, driving improved forecasting and managing the product portfolio;
  • Work closely with local, regional and global key stakeholders, suppliers and partners to ensure the seamless execution of planning processes, including superior management of product availability shortage occurrences;
  • Track and manage inventory levels to ensure product availability while minimising overstocking;
  • Evaluate market dynamics and trends and provide insightful reports to the organisation, enabling data-driven decisions that prioritise customer needs;
  • Identify opportunities for process enhancements and support the implementation of best practices, participating in continuous improvement initiatives, local, regional and global projects and training programs with a focus on enhancing customer satisfaction;
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, industry standards, and regulatory requirements as well as all planning activities are adherent to guidelines, maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of planning processes and inventory records;
  • Address and facilitate the resolution of issues that arise in planning and production, escalating complex problems when necessary, always with the customer experience in mind;
  • Engage with stakeholders to enhance our supply offering and planning consultancy, while ensuring the best value and service for our customers, is a key responsibility;
  • Embracing technology and digitalization is essential. You will leverage planning software and tools to enhance efficiency and support initiatives to increase digitalization and automation adoption, ultimately improving the customer experience.
