Responsibilities

  • As a Transaction Processing Specialist II, you will be responsible for processing the printing, balancing, and mailing of interest checks.
  • You will be responsible for processing of legal research related to a subpoena or payment on a court order.
  • You will be responsible for processing of account adjustments and clearing of entries on the Federal Reserve reconciliation.
  • You will be responsible for reviewing the daily invalid and closed accounts.
  • You will be responsible for responding to death notices, recall letters, trace quests and unauthorized affidavits.
  • You will be responsible for auditing of invalid trans codes on daily transitions.
  • Transaction Processing Specialist II’s are expected to process incoming and outgoing wire transfers as needed for both domestic and international wires.
  • You will be responsible for printing and mailing notices related to wire transfers, ACH, and Reg. E opt in.
  • You will be responsible for reviewing daily stop payment plus dormant and inactive reports.
  • You will be responsible for building a great rapport with clients and fellow associates.
  • You will be responsible for treating others with respect and consideration regardless of their status or position.
  • All associates are expected to maintain current knowledge and consistent compliance with regulations and bank policies and procedures related to the position, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act (BSA) and Office of Foreign Assets Control (OFAC) requirements.
