Responsibilities

  • Electrical Execution (Installation & Commissioning) of CW & Associated Systems.
  • Electrical Execution (Installation & Commissioning) of WTP, FOPH, FF & Associated Systems.
  • Ensure accurate updating of progress and MIS reports to department heads.
  • Periodically review overall progress of work in line with KRAs.
  • Ensure smooth coordination across all departments at the site for resolving any outstanding issues.
  • Ensure timely closure of any outstanding Non-Compliance Reports (NCRs) for the designated area, as reported by internal/ external audits.
  • Monitoring & coordination of electrical installation activities related to CW System, WTP, FOPH, FF along with its associated systems for erection & commissioning in line with the schedule date of synchronization of the unit.
  • Smooth and timely erection & commissioning of plant through coordination of relevant teams from Project and Generation.
  • Ensure that Quality as per Quality Plans & Safety as per safety guidelines.
  • Enable capability development of subordinates within the team by overseeing & coordination of their work.
  • Ensure timely goal setting, monitoring, review of performance parameters and feedback to team members.
  • Finding & Planning of training required for each team member.
