Responsibilities

  • Reporting to the Store Manager, you’ll be a hands-on team player who role models the B&M way of working to your team! You’ll support in delivering fantastic store standards every day and will work closely with your Store Manager to maximise the performance of your store. You’ll love helping to run & lead your store like it’s your own business, supporting with all store operations from stock to recruitment.
  • When your Store Manager isn’t around, it’s down to you! You’ll take charge of your store and drive your team to deliver a fantastic result, day in & day out! Our managers at B&M aren’t office managers – as a Deputy Store Manager, you’re out there on the floor with your team, coaching and inspiring them to reach their full potential. You’ll work shoulder to shoulder with your team, setting the pace & leading by example!
